Blue Skies were the carers assigned to my aunt by the council as she has significant dementia. They looked after her for more than a year and took on more as her care needs increase.

I cannot say enough about how excellent this team are. They truly do care about the health, happiness and wellbeing of the people they look after. They were so kind and gentle when they were looking after my aunt, and always went the extra mile (or 10). Whether it was helping her with her daily personal care needs, taking her to appointments or to the shop, or even responding to calls when she had gone out and got lost and ended up in the pub down the road late at night.

They made sure to give her her favourite foods, made sure she had everything she needed, chatted with her and provided real care instead of just the bare minimum. They even found someone local to look after her lawn for us. We live far away and it's an absolutely blessing to know that our aunt is safe and well looked after.

And they are fantastic with communication. Her lead carer and I texted and spoke regularly so we knew when there was an issue and we were able to give her a heads up when people were visiting or something had happened. We never had to worry. I don't know where she finds the time, but her dedication is beyond compare.

I honestly don't know what we would have done with our them and we thank them immensely for everything they have done.

Staff very friendly and very accommodating to most requests. I have four calls per day. The staff are nice and they do over and above their duties and that's all thanks to management. Thank you to the manager, thank you, thank you!

This care company is amazing, the best company I've had!

They really care about their service users' and their families. The care and support they provide is incredible!

The 'person-cantered approach' taken here means that I am constantly supported and able to live a fulfilling life without stressing about who's going to look after me. In addition, my family feel at ease, knowing that I am in safe hands and feel comfortable with the care I receive.

All staff are trained to a high standard, communicate well and complete tasks efficiently. They really listen to my needs and take pride in the work that they do.

My Mom has Dementia & i could have asked for no more with her care then what they provided. They were always there and the communication was always spot on. They made my Mom feel one of there own. They went above and beyond my expectations and helped to keep my mom living independently as long as she possibly could until the point they could do no more. i will be forever thankful to Silingiwe and her team for keeping my mom safe until the point of going in to care. thank you from the bottom of my heart.
